The Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committee of the Frederick County Association of REALTORS® (FCAR) is proud to kick-off Project Access, in which we assist a Frederick County family in need with access to their home. We invite you to lend a hand by sending a check for $10 (or more) to our fund. Larry Schaffert, Frederick County business owner and former president of the Home Builders Association, donated his time to do building specs for the Project. He estimates $15,000for the Project, which includes a costly lift. We are doing the labor. 1500 x $10 check = $15,000 and Project completion
